Eligibility

By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Order Information

When placing an order, you may be asked to provide personal and payment information, including (but not limited to) your name, email, phone number, credit card details, billing address, and delivery information.

• You represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

• You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

• By submitting this information, you grant us the right to share it with third-party payment processors solely to complete your order.

Custom Orders & Notice

• We require at least 2–3 weeks’ notice for custom cake orders.

• Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and will incur an additional fee.

Deposits & Payments

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all custom orders.

• The remaining balance is due 7 days before pickup or delivery.

• Orders not paid in full by the due date may be canceled.

Design Requests & Changes

• All cakes are custom-made based on your design requests. While we strive to match your vision, exact replicas of inspiration photos are not guaranteed.

• Design changes must be requested at least 7 days before your event date. Changes may affect pricing and availability.

Pricing

Prices are based on cake size, flavor selection, and design complexity. We reserve the right to revise prices prior to accepting an order. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Payment Processing

• Payments may be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or online payment methods (e.g., PayPal).

• Payments are processed securely through third-party processors who comply with PCI-DSS standards.

• We do not store or collect your payment card details.

Cancellations & Credits

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time due to:

• Product availability

• Errors in pricing or product details

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

All deposits are non-refundable.

• If you cancel your order, any amount paid (minus specialty item costs such as toppers or molds) may be credited toward a future order.

Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery is available within NYC’s five boroughs, Long Island, and New Jersey for an additional fee.

• Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time.

• Once an order is picked up or delivered, Cadle Cakes is not responsible for damages during transport, setup, or storage.

Disputes

If you have concerns about your order, please contact us at contact@cadlecakes.com before pursuing other actions. We are committed to resolving issues in good faith.

Allergies & Food Safety

Our cakes are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs.

• Allergy-friendly options are available upon request, but cross-contamination cannot be fully eliminated.

• Customers with severe allergies should notify us when placing an order.

Cake Care

We provide care instructions with each order. General guidelines:

• Refrigerate cakes until about 1 hour before serving.

• Keep cakes away from heat, direct sunlight, and humidity.

• Once picked up or delivered, we are not liable for damage caused by improper handling or storage.

Promotions & Photography

We reserve the right to photograph your cake and use the images for promotional purposes, including social media, our website, marketing, and portfolio use.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you have concerns with your order, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery so we can address the matter promptly.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time.

• Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice.

• By continuing to use our services after updates, you agree to the revised terms.
