Refund policy

At Cadle Cakes, each order is custom-made with many hours of planning, preparation, and specialty sourcing. For this reason, refunds are not provided for any reason unless an error occurs on our end.

We provide photos and/or videos of all cakes before pickup or delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these and notify us before pickup or delivery if something is not correct. We will make every effort to fix any minor design or theme adjustments at that time.

Please note:

• We do not guarantee exact replicas of inspiration photos.

• Minor color or design variations may occur and are not grounds for a refund.
