How do I place a custom cake order?
You can place an order by filling out our online cake inquiry form. We recommend submitting your request at least 2–3 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for custom or detailed designs.

We typically require 2–3 weeks' notice for custom cake orders. Rush orders may be possible for an additional fee, but availability is not guaranteed.

Can I show you a picture of a cake I like?
Absolutely! We’re happy to use inspiration photos to better understand your vision and preferences. Every cake we create is one-of-a-kind and tailored to your needs.
Please note: We do not guarantee exact replicas of inspiration images, but we’ll do our best to capture the overall style and feel.
Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or allergy-friendly options?
At this time, we do not offer gluten-free, vegan, or allergy-friendly options. All of our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including nuts, dairy, and gluten.

Do you ship your cakes?
Unfortunately, we do not ship cakes at this time. Due to the cakes delicate nature and need for refrigeration, cakes are available for pickup or local delivery only within NYC, Long Island, and New Jersey.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are non-refundable. However, any money paid may be applied as a credit toward a future cake order.
Please note: If any specialty items or custom materials (e.g., toppers, molds, edible prints) were already purchased for your order, the cost of those items will be deducted from the credited amount.
How should I store my cake?
To keep your cake fresh, please store it in the refrigerator until about one hour before cutting and serving. This helps maintain the texture and flavor.
